For all engine specific warranty parts and service, refer to your local Honda, Briggs or other engine manufacturers’ service center.

Your parts request will be handled by Hawkeye Equipment. For local access to basic wear parts, like cables or throttle levers contact GNH directly to check on availability once you have spoken with your local seal engine shop.
Note: No customer information will be given or sold to any third party and all information will only be used in order to process and provide warranty and parts support to dealers and their customers.
Take the machine to a small equipment service shop that you have a relationship with and the parts and technical support will be provided to them by Hawkeye Equipment.

All PowerPac products include a one-year parts only warranty for all business, contractor and municipal use. General wear parts and damage from physical abuse or poor maintenance are not covered. For more details on product warranty, reference the product owners manual. All engines are subject to the engine manufacturers warranty which is typically 3 years parts and service. Reference the engine manual or engine manufactures website for engine warranty period details and coverage.
